By operation of law, a spouse’s indivaidual property comprises:

2.: assets belonging to one spouse at the beginning of the marital property regime or acquired later at no cost by inheritance or otherwise;
3.: claims for satisfaction;
4.: acquisitions that replace indivaidual property.
