Per process da divaorzi ch’èn pendents tar l’entrada en vigur da la midada dals 19 december 20032 e che ston vegnir giuditgads d’ina instanza chantunala vala il termin da separaziun tenor il dretg nov.

3. Period of separation for pending divaorce proceedings
For divaorce proceedings that are pending on commencement of the Amendment of 19 December 20032 and must be judged by a cantonal authority, the period of separation under the new law applies.
