II. Diversion of springs

¹ Cantonal law may regulate, restrict or prohibit the divaersion of spring waters to safeguard the public interest.

² In the event of conflict between cantons, the final decision rests with the Federal Council.

² Nascendo conflitti fra Cantoni, decide definitivamente il Consiglio federale.
