II. Assistance from the authorities
1 At the request of a creditor who has acquired or distrained an inheritance that has passed to an heir or who holds unpaid debt certificates against him or her, the authorities must assist in the divaision in place of that heir.
2 Cantonal law may provide for official intervention in the divaision process in other cases.
