5. Responsabilità e spese dell’amministrazione

¹ Allo scioglimento del regime dei beni, ciascun coniuge risponde degli atti concernenti i beni comuni al pari di un mandatario.

² Le spese dell’amministrazione gravano i beni comuni.

¹ In relation to dealings concerning common property, on dissolution of the marital property regime, each spouse is liable as if he or she were an agent.

² The costs of management are borne by the common property.
