¹ Each item of immovable property has its own folio and number in the main register.

² The procedure to be followed in the event of the divaision or consolidation of immovable property is determined by Federal Council ordinance.

¹ Jedes Grundstück erhält im Hauptbuch ein eigenes Blatt und eine eigene Nummer.

² Das Verfahren, das bei Teilung eines Grundstückes oder bei Vereinigung mehrerer zu beobachten ist, wird durch eine Verordnung des Bundesrates festgesetzt.
