3. Pegno posteriore

Il diritto di pegno posteriore è costituito mediante avviso scritto dato al primo creditore pignoratizio con diffida di rilasciare il pegno, dopo che sarà soddisfatto, al creditore pignoratizio susseguente.

3. Nachverpfändung

Ein nachgehendes Faustpfand wird dadurch bestellt, dass der Faustpfandgläubiger schriftlich von der Nachverpfändung benachrichtigt und angewiesen wird, nach seiner Befriedigung das Pfand an den nachfolgenden Gläubiger herauszugeben.
