III. Creditor's rights

1. Claims

¹ A claim arising from a mortgage certificate may not be alienated, pledged or otherwise asserted unless the claimant is in possession of the document.

² This does not apply to the assertion of a claim in cases where the document of title has been cancelled or not yet issued
