XI. Discharge

If the mortgage certificate debt is discharged, the debtor may request the creditor:

1.
to agree to transfer the register mortgage certificate into the name of the debtor; or
2.
to hand over the document of title to the paper mortgage certificate without cancelling the same.

Sche la pretensiun che resulta da la brev ipotecara è pajada, po il debitur pretender dal creditur, che quel:

1.
dettia ses consentiment per transferir la brev ipotecara registrada sin il num dal debitur; u
2.
restitueschia il titel ipotecar da la brev ipotecara sin palpiri senza che quel vegnia annullà.
