3. Fondi agricoli

La costituzione in pegno dei fondi agricoli è inoltre retta dalla legge federale del 4 ottobre 19912 sul diritto fondiario rurale.

3. Landwirtschaftliche Grundstücke

Für die Verpfändung von landwirtschaftlichen Grundstücken gilt zudem das Bundesgesetz vom 4. Oktober 19912 über das bäuerliche Bodenrecht.
