III. Community’s capacity to act
1 The community of condominium owners acquires under its own name the revenue derived from its administrative activities, including in particular contributions from the indivaidual condominium owners and the resultant funds, such as the renovation fund.
2 The community of condominium owners may sue and collect debts in its own name and may be sued or subjected to debt enforcement proceedings.1
