5. Fahrnisbauten

¹ Hütten, Buden, Baracken u. dgl. behalten, wenn sie ohne Absicht bleibender Verbindung auf fremdem Boden aufgerichtet sind, ihren besondern Eigentümer.

² Ihr Bestand wird nicht in das Grundbuch eingetragen.
