III. Contracts prior to succession

¹ Contracts concluded without the involvement and authorisation of the testator between one heir and another or between an heir and a third party regarding an inheritance that has not yet devolved on the heir are not binding.

² Any performance rendered under such contracts may be reclaimed.

¹ Verträge, die ein Erbe über eine noch nicht angefallene Erbschaft ohne Mitwirkung und Zustimmung des Erblassers mit einem Miterben oder einem Dritten abschliesst, sind nicht verbindlich.

² Leistungen, die auf Grund solcher Verträge gemacht worden sind, können zurückgefordert werden.
