III. Pledged estate property

If as a result of the divaision an heir receives estate property that is pledged to secure the debts of the deceased, the debt to the pledgee is likewise transferred to him or her.

Erhält ein Erbe bei der Teilung eine Erbschaftssache, die für Schulden des Erblassers verpfändet ist, so wird ihm auch die Pfandschuld überbunden.
