b. Role of the public official

¹ The testator must inform the official of his or her wishes, whereupon the official draws up the deed or causes it to be drawn up and gives it to the testator to read.

² The deed must be signed by the testator.

³ The official must date and sign the deed.

¹ Il testatore comunica la sua volontà al funzionario, il quale ne redige o ne fa redigere la scrittura e la dà a leggere al testatore stesso.

² La scrittura dev’essere firmata dal testatore.

³ Il funzionario deve datarla ed apporvi anche la sua firma.
