G. Stiftungen

¹ Der Erblasser ist befugt, den verfügbaren Teil seines Vermögens ganz oder teilweise für irgendeinen Zweck als Stiftung zu widmen.

² Die Stiftung ist jedoch nur dann gültig, wenn sie den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entspricht.

¹ The testator is entitled to bequeath all or part of the disposable portion of his or her property to a foundation for any purpose of his or her choosing.

² However, the foundation is valid only if it conforms to the legal requirements.
