A. Begleitbeistandschaft

¹ Eine Begleitbeistandschaft wird mit Zustimmung der hilfsbedürftigen Person errichtet, wenn diese für die Erledigung bestimmter Angelegenheiten begleitende Unterstützung braucht.

² Die Begleitbeistandschaft schränkt die Handlungsfähigkeit der betroffenen Person nicht ein.
