The agreement establishing joint ownership in undivaided shares is valid only if done as a public deed signed by all co-owners or their representatives.

Il contratto per costituire un’indivaisione richiede per la sua validità l’atto pubblico firmato da tutti i membri o dai loro rappresentanti.
