a. Jurisdiction of the court

¹ If the court is called on to rule on relations between the parents and the children in accordance with the provisions governing divaorce or protection of the marital union, it must also order all necessary child protection measures and instruct the child protection authority to implement them.²

² The court may also modify child protection measures already in place to take account of changes in circumstances.

³ However, the child protection authority retains the power:³

1.: to continue child protection proceedings introduced prior to the court proceedings;
2.: to order such measures as are required immediately to protect the child where the court is unlikely to be able to do so in good time.
