B. Adoption of an adult

1 An adult may be adopted if:

1.
he or she is permanently in need of help for physical, mental or psychological reasons and the persons wishing to adopt have looked after him or her for at least one year;
2.
the persons wishing to adopt raised and cared for the person for at least one year while he or she was still a minor; or
3.
there are other good reasons and he or she has lived in the same household with the persons wishing to adopt for at least one year.

2 In all other respects, the provisions governing adoption of minors apply mutatis mutandis, with the exception of the provision on parental consent.

1 Ina persuna maiorenna dastga vegnir adoptada:

1.
sch’ella ha permanentamain basegn d’agid per motivs corporals, spiertals u psichics e las persunas che la vulan adoptar l’han tgirada durant almain 1 onn;
2.
sche las persunas che la vulan adoptar l’han tgirada ed educada durant sia minorennitad durant almain 1 onn; u
3.
sch’i existan auters motivs relevants e sch’ella ha vivì durant almain 1 onn en ina chasada ensemen cun las persunas che la vulan adoptar.

2 Dal rest èn applitgablas las disposiziuns davart l’adopziun da persunas minorennas tenor il senn, cun excepziun da la disposiziun davart il consentiment dals geniturs.
