2. Additions

¹ The following are added to the property acquired during marriage:

1.: the value of dispositions made without consideration by one spouse without the other’s consent during the five years preceding the dissolution of the marital property regime, save for the usual occasional gifts;
2.: the value of assets disposed of by one spouse during the marital property regime with the intention of diminishing the other’s share.

2. Reintegrazione negli acquisti

¹ Sono reintegrate negli acquisti:

1.: le liberalità fatte da un coniuge negli ultimi cinque anni prima dello scioglimento del regime dei beni senza il consenso dell’altro, eccettuati i regali d’uso;
2.: le alienazioni fatte da un coniuge durante il regime dei beni con l’intenzione di sminuire la partecipazione dell’altro.
