I Cantoni provvedono affinché, in caso di difficoltà matrimoniali, i coniugi possano rivolgersi, insieme o separatamente, a consultori matrimoniali o familiari.

The cantons must ensure that spouses experiencing marital problems may seek help indivaidually or jointly from marriage guidance or family counselling agencies.
