D. Berufliche Vorsorge
I. Grundsatz
Die während der Ehe bis zum Zeitpunkt der Einleitung des Scheidungsverfahrens erworbenen Ansprüche aus der beruflichen Vorsorge werden bei der Scheidung ausgeglichen.

D. Occupational pensions
I. Principle
In the event of divaorce, any occupational pension assets accrued during the marriage up to the point at which divaorce proceedings commence are divaided equitably.
