Art. 183 Catégories des personnes soumises à l’obligation de formation et de formation continue dans les domaines autres que la médecine

Les exigences du DFI, en accord avec l’IFSN et le DDPS, concernant la formation et la formation continue en radioprotection dans les domaines autres que la médecine sont fonction des catégories de personnes suivantes:

a.: les experts en radioprotection ainsi que les personnes manipulant des rayonnements ionisants dans les domaines des installations nucléaires, de l’industrie, de l’artisanat, de l’enseignement, du transport et de la recherche;
b.: les agents de radioprotection et les techniciens en radioprotection ainsi que les responsables de la radioprotection actifs dans les installations nucléaires et à l’IPS;
c.: les consultants en radon;
d.: les personnes qui, en cas de défaillance ou en situation d’urgence, manipulent des rayonnements ionisants, peuvent y être exposées, planifient ou ordonnent leur manipulation, exploitent des infrastructures critiques ou fournissent des services publics.

Art. 183 Categories of persons subject to mandatory training and continuing education in non-medical sectors

The requirements specified by the FDHA, in consultation with ENSI and the DDPS, for training and continuing education in radiological protection in non-medical sectors shall be differentiated according to the following categories of persons:

a.: radiological protection experts and persons in the nuclear, industrial, commercial, teaching, transport and research sectors who are involved in the handling of ionising radiation;
b.: radiological protection specialists, radiological protection technicians and radiological protection officers in nuclear installations and at the PSI;
c.: radon consultants;
d.: persons who, in the case of an failure or emergency, are involved in the handling of ionising radiation, may be exposed to it, or plan or order the handling thereof, or operate critical infrastructure or provide public services.
