351.1 Federal Act of 20 March 1981 on International Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (Mutual Assistance Act, IMAC)
Art. 103 Pièces à l’appui
Sont joints à la demande, outre les documents prévus par l’art. 28, al. 3:
- a.
- l’original ou la copie officiellement certifiée conforme de la décision, avec attestation de la force exécutoire;
- b.
- une attestation relative à la durée de la détention subie dans l’État requérant;
- c.
- l’original ou la copie officiellement certifiée conforme du dossier pénal, si l’État requis le demande.
Art. 103 Documents
In addition to the documents specified in Article 28 paragraph 3, the following shall be enclosed with a request:
- a.
- the original or an officially authenticated copy of the judgment with a certificate attesting that it is legally enforceable;
- b.
- a certificate attesting the period of detention undergone in the requesting State;
- c.
- if the requested State so requests, the original or officially authenticated copy of the criminal file.
