1 The prospectus for securities must contain the minimum information stipulated in Annexes 1–5. The contents of the prospectus for collective investment schemes are governed exclusively by Annex 6.
2 The sequence of sections indicated in the Annexes and the sequence within the sections are not binding.
3 The valuations contained in the prospectus are to be made in accordance with methods generally recognised in the relevant market. Any change in the method is to be indicated in the prospectus and is only permitted where there are legitimate grounds for so doing.

1 Il prospetto per valori mobiliari deve contenere le indicazioni minime secondo gli allegati 1–5. Il contenuto del prospetto per gli investimenti collettivi di capitale si fonda esclusivamente sull’allegato 6.
2 L’ordine di successione delle sezioni e quello all’interno delle sezioni, indicati negli allegati, non sono vincolanti.
3 Le valutazioni contenute nel prospetto devono essere effettuate secondo metodi generalmente riconosciuti nel mercato in questione. Una modifica del metodo deve essere indicata nel prospetto ed è ammessa soltanto in casi motivati.
