Art. 46 Supplementary provisions
Taking account of the specific characteristics of the issuers and securities, the Federal Council shall issue supplementary provisions on:
- a.
- the format of the prospectus and the base prospectus, the summary, the final terms and the supplements;
- b.
- the content of the summary;
- c.
- the minimum information to be contained in the prospectus;
- d.
- the documents to which reference may be made.
Art. 46 Disposizioni completive
Il Consiglio federale emana disposizioni completive, tenendo conto delle caratteristiche specifiche degli emittenti e dei valori mobiliari, segnatamente:
- a.
- sul formato del prospetto e del prospetto di base, della nota di sintesi, delle condizioni definitive e dei supplementi;
- b.
- sul contenuto della nota di sintesi;
- c.
- sulle indicazioni che devono figurare nel prospetto;
- d.
- sui documenti ai quali si può rimandare.
