Art. 51 Inspection of files

1 The following persons may file a request to inspect the case files:

a.
persons directly concerned by the investigation;
b.
the competent federal office;
c.
the cantonal prosecution authorities;
d.
the persons involved in the investigation who represent a foreign state.

2 The right to inspect files may be limited, refused or postponed if the interests of the investigation under this Ordinance or of another ongoing investigation so require.

3 If the investigation has been concluded, the Investigation Bureau shall make the files available on request to the competent investigating, court and administrative authorities for the purposes of their proceedings.

Art. 51 Consultazione degli atti

1 Possono chiedere la consultazione degli atti:

a.
le persone direttamente interessate dalla procedura d’inchiesta;
b.
l’ufficio federale competente;
c.
le autorità penali cantonali;
d.
le persone partecipanti all’inchiesta rappresentanti uno Stato estero.

2 La consultazione degli atti può essere limitata, negata o rinviata fintantoché lo esige l’interesse dell’inchiesta secondo la presente ordinanza o quello di un’altra inchiesta in corso.

3 Una volta conclusa l’inchiesta, l’ufficio d’inchiesta mette gli atti a disposizione delle autorità inquirenti, giudiziarie e amministrative competenti che ne fanno domanda per le loro procedure.
