Art. 13 Exhibition priority

1 The declaration of exhibition priority shall include:

a.
the exact name of the exhibition;
b.
an indication of the goods or services which were exhibited under the trade mark.

2 The priority document consists of a certificate from the competent authority certifying that the goods or services bearing the trade mark were exhibited and indicating the opening date of the exhibition.

Art. 13 Priorità risultante da un’esposizione

1 La dichiarazione di priorità risultante da un’esposizione comprende:

a.
la designazione esatta dell’esposizione;
b.
l’indicazione dei prodotti o dei servizi presentati sotto il marchio.

2 Il documento di priorità, rilasciato dal competente servizio, attesta che i prodotti o i servizi designati dal marchio sono stati esposti e indica il giorno d’apertura dell’esposizione.
