Art. 12 Priority within the meaning of the Paris Convention

1 The declaration of priority within the meaning of the Paris Convention of 20 March 188336 for the Protection of Industrial Property shall include the following information:

a.
the date of the first filing;
b.
the country in which or for which the filing was made.

2 The priority document consists of a certificate of the first filing from the competent authority indicating the filing or registration number of the trade mark.

Art. 12 Priorità in virtù della Convenzione di Parigi

1 La dichiarazione di priorità in virtù della Convenzione di Parigi del 20 marzo 188337 per la protezione della proprietà industriale comprende le seguenti indicazioni:

a.
la data del primo deposito;
b.
il Paese nel quale o per il quale tale deposito è stato effettuato.

2 Il documento di priorità, rilasciato dalle competenti autorità, attesta il primo deposito e indica il numero di deposito o il numero di registrazione del marchio.
