Art. 39 Repayment obligation

(Art. 35 SAA)

Benefits must be repaid in the following currencies:

a.: if the person is resident abroad at the time of the repayment: in the currency of the receiving state;
b.: if the person is resident in Switzerland at the time of the repayment: in Swiss francs, converted at the exchange rate on the date of payment of the benefit.

Art. 39 Obbligo di restituzione

Le prestazioni devono essere restituite nelle seguenti valute:

a.: se al momento della restituzione la persona è domiciliata all’estero: nella valuta dello Stato ospite;
b.: se al momento della restituzione la persona è domiciliata in Svizzera: in franchi svizzeri, calcolati in base al tasso di cambio del giorno in cui è stata pagata la prestazione.
