(Art. 67 FinSA)
1 If the conditions at the time of issue of securities which are offered publicly in Switzerland on the basis of a prospectus and which are not admitted to trading on a Swiss or a recognised foreign trading venue or a Swiss DLT trading facility or a recognised foreign DLT trading facility do not provide for any regulation with respect to the announcement of changes to the rights associated with these securities, then such changes are to be published in the same form as the prospectus was published.
2 The announcement periods in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be based on the conditions of the respective securities.

1 Si les conditions d’émission de valeurs mobilières proposées au public en Suisse sur la base d’un prospectus et ne bénéficiant pas d’une admission à la négociation sur une plate-forme suisse ou une plate-forme étrangère reconnue ne prévoient aucune règle relative à la forme de la communication des modifications des droits liés aux valeurs mobilières, ces modifications doivent être publiées sous la même forme que le prospectus.
2 La communication visée à l’al. 1 doit avoir lieu dans le délai fixé dans les conditions relatives aux valeurs mobilières concernées.
