Art. 59 Check for completeness

(Art. 51 para. 1 FinSA)

1 The check for completeness of the prospectus in accordance with Article 51 paragraph 1 FinSA is limited to formal compliance with the guidelines in accordance with schemes contained in Annexes 1–5.

2 The name of the reviewing body and the date of the review are to be prominently placed on the approved documents.

Art. 59 Vérification de l’intégralité

(art. 51, al. 1, LSFin)

1 La vérification de l’intégralité du prospectus conformément à l’art. 51, al. 1, LSFin se limite au contrôle du respect formel des prescriptions des schémas présentés dans les annexes 1 à 5.

2 Le nom de l’organe de contrôle et la date de la vérification doivent être indiqués dans le prospectus, à un endroit bien visible.
