1 The fund management company and the investment company with variable capital (SICAV) shall state in the prospectus all information material to the assessment of the collective investment scheme (Annex 6).
2 Special product-specific legislative requirements are reserved.
3 The fund company and the SICAV shall date the prospectus and submit it, together with any change, to FINMA by no later than the time of publication.
4 They shall update it immediately in the event of any material changes. One update per year is sufficient in the event of other changes.
1 La direction de fonds et la société d’investissement à capital variable (SICAV) donnent dans le prospectus toutes les indications importantes pour apprécier le placement collectif (annexe 6).
2 Les exigences spécifiques aux produits arrêtées dans des lois spéciales sont réservées.
3 La direction de fonds et la SICAV datent le prospectus et le remettent à la FINMA au plus tard lors de sa publication; de même, elles lui communiquent les modifications ultérieures au plus tard lors de leur publication.
4 En cas de modifications importantes elles adaptent immédiatement le prospectus. Pour les autres modifications, une adaptation annuelle suffit.
