813.11 Ordonnance du 5 juin 2015 sur la protection contre les substances et les préparations dangereuses (Ordonnance sur les produits chimiques, OChim)
Art. 76 Data to be passed on to other countries and to international organisations
1 The Notification Authority and assessment authorities may pass on data that is not confidential to foreign authorities and institutions, and to international organisations.
2 They may pass on confidential data if:
- a.
- this is required by international agreements or decisions of international organisations; or
- b.
- it is necessary to prevent an imminent danger to human life or health or to the environment.
Art. 76 Transmission de données aux autorités étrangères et aux organismes internationaux
1 L’organe de réception des notifications et les organes d’évaluation peuvent transmettre des données non confidentielles aux autorités et aux institutions étrangères.
2 Ils peuvent transmettre des données confidentielles:
- a.
- lorsque des accords internationaux ou des décisions émanant d’organismes internationaux l’exigent, ou
- b.
- lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire pour parer à un danger menaçant directement la vie et la santé humaines ou l’environnement.
