Art. 77 Notification Authority and steering committee

1 The Notification Authority is administratively attached to the FOPH.

2 A steering committee is appointed for the Notification Authority. It is composed of the directors of the following federal offices:

a.
FOPH;
b.
FOAG;
c.
FOEN;
d.
SECO;
e.132
FSVO.

3 The steering committee has the following duties and powers:

a.
appointing the management of the Notification Authority;
b.
defining the strategy of the Notification Authority;
c.
inspection and application rights concerning the budget of the Notification Authority.

4 The steering committee makes decisions by consensus.

Art. 77

1 L’organe de réception des notifications est rattaché administrativement à l’OFSP.

2 L’organe de réception des notifications est subordonné à un comité de pilotage composé des directeurs des offices suivants:136

a.
OFSP;
b.
OFAG;
c.
OFEV;
d.
SECO;
e.137
OSAV.

3 Le comité de pilotage a pour tâches et compétences:138

a.
de nommer la direction de l’organe de réception des notifications;
b.
de définir la stratégie de l’organe de réception des notifications;
c.
de consulter et d’amender le budget de l’organe de réception des notifications.

4 Le comité de pilotage décide à l’unanimité.139
