Art. 28c Verwaltung der Internet-Domains: Zuständigkeit

1 Das BAKOM verwaltet Internet-Domains, für deren Verwaltung der Bund zuständig ist.

2 Es kann gewerbliche Dienstleistungen gegenüber Dritten erbringen, soweit dies für die Verwaltung von Domain-Namen nötig ist und die Voraussetzungen nach Artikel 41a Absätze 2 und 3 des Finanzhaushaltsgesetzes vom 7. Oktober 200593 erfüllt sind.

Art. 28c Management of internet domains: Responsibility

1 OFCOM shall manage internet domains if the Confederation is responsible for their management.

2 It may provide commercial services to third parties provided this is necessary for managing domain names and the requirements of Article 41a paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Financial Budget Act of 7 October 200593 are met.
