1 Die qualitativen und technischen Anforderungen an Geodaten und Geometadaten sind so festzulegen, dass ein einfacher Austausch und eine breite Nutzung möglich sind.
2 International oder national anerkannte Normen für Geodaten und Geometadaten sind in den Ausführungsvorschriften des Geoinformationsrechts soweit möglich und fachlich sinnvoll zu berücksichtigen.
1 The qualitative and technical requirements for geodata and geospatial metadata must be defined in such a way as to enable the simple exchange and wide use of the data.
2 The implementing regulations for geoinformation legislation must take account of internationally or nationally recognized standards for geodata and geospatial metadata provided that this is possible and technically expedient.
