Art. 64 Obbligo d’informazione e di notifica in caso di delega di funzioni importanti

1 Se un istituto finanziario delega funzioni importanti ad altre persone, queste sono sottoposte all’obbligo d’informazione e di notifica di cui all’articolo 29 LFINMA30.

2 La FINMA può effettuare in ogni momento verifiche presso queste persone.

Art. 64 Duty to provide information and to report in the case of delegation of significant functions

1 If a financial institution delegates significant functions to other persons, these shall be subject to the duty to provide information and to report in accordance with Article 29 FINMASA30.

2 FINMA may conduct audits of these persons at any time.
