Art. 46 Perseguimento penale

1 Le infrazioni sono perseguite e giudicate conformemente alla presente ordinanza e alla legge federale del 22 marzo 197422 sul diritto penale amministrativo.

2 L’UDSC è l’autorità competente per il perseguimento e il giudizio.

3 Per l’inchiesta, l’UDSC può far capo agli uffici emittenti.

Art. 46 Prosecution

1 Offences shall be prosecuted and judged in accordance with this Ordinance and with the Federal Act of 22 March 197422 on Administrative Criminal Law.

2 The prosecuting and judging authority shall be the FOCBS.

3 It may call on the certification offices for assistance with the investigation.
