1 L’esercente dell’aeroporto organizza i negoziati.
2 Può, da un lato, condurre negoziati separati con le compagnie aeree secondo l’articolo 22 capoverso 1 lettere a e b nonché, dall’altro, con singoli o tutti gli altri utenti.
3 Per la procedura occorre prevedere un periodo di almeno tre mesi.
1 The airport operator shall organise the negotiations.
2 The operator may conduct separate negotiations with the airlines as defined in Article 22 paragraph 1 letters a and b and with individual other users or with all of the other users together.
3 A time frame of at least three months must be planned for the procedure.
