1 L’esercente dell’aeroporto comunica ai partecipanti ai negoziati di cui all’articolo 22 capoverso 1 e all’UFAC l’inizio dei negoziati con sei mesi di anticipo.
2 L’esercente dell’aeroporto informa dei negoziati 30 giorni prima del loro inizio nella circolare d’informazioni aeronautiche («Aeronautical Information Circular», AIC)18.

1 The airport operator shall give the parties to the negotiations envisaged in Article 22 paragraph 1 and the FOCA six months’ advance notice of the start of negotiations.
2 The airport operator shall give notice of the negotiations 30 days before their start in the Aeronautical Information Circular, AIC18.
