1 L’UFE informa gli interessati circa l’ora, il luogo e l’oggetto dell’ispezione, nonché i partecipanti alla stessa.
2 In caso di ispezioni senza preavviso, l’accesso all’impianto deve essere consentito entro due ore dall’annuncio.
1 The SFOE shall notify the persons concerned of the time, the inspection location, the subject matter of the inspection and the participants in an inspection.
2 In the case of unannounced inspections, access shall be granted to the facility within two hours of the arrival of the inspectors.
