I Cantoni possono prevedere che la responsabilità secondo la presente legge deve essere garantita totalmente o parzialmente per mezzo di contratti assicurativi o in modo equivalente in funzione della natura e dell’entità dei rischi.
The cantons may stipulate that liability under this Act be covered, in part or in full, and in line with the type and extent of the associated risks, through the conclusion of insurance contracts or in another equivalent manner.
