Art. 2a Definizione di pezzo costitutivo svizzero

Sono considerati svizzeri i pezzi costitutivi:

a.
controllati dal fabbricante in Svizzera; e
b.
i cui costi di produzione sono generati almeno al 60 per cento in Svizzera.

Art. 2a Definition of Swiss constituent parts

Constituent parts are considered to be Swiss if:

a.
they are inspected by the manufacturer in Switzerland; and
b.
at least 60 per cent of their manufacturing costs are incurred in Switzerland.
