1 Gli esemplari dell’opera alienati dall’autore o con il suo consenso possono essere nuovamente alienati o altrimenti messi in circolazione.
1bis Gli esemplari di un’opera audiovisiva non possono essere nuovamente alienati o locati fintanto che l’autore ne risulti pregiudicato nell’esercizio del suo diritto di rappresentare l’opera (art. 10 cpv. 2 lett. c).8
2 I programmi per computer, alienati dall’autore o con il suo consenso, possono essere usati o nuovamente alienati.
3 Le opere architettoniche realizzate possono essere modificate dal proprietario; è salvo l’articolo 11 capoverso 2.
