Art. 52 Vittime di un grave crimine

(art. 45 LSEst)

Gli aiuti a favore di vittime di un grave crimine, in particolare di un crimine violento, possono comprendere:

a.: la consulenza alle vittime e ai familiari;
b.: le informazioni sulle possibilità di aiuto alle vittime in Svizzera e nello Stato ospite;
c.: i chiarimenti presso le autorità dello Stato ospite, in particolare per quanto riguarda le possibilità di sostegno giuridico e lo stato dei procedimenti in corso.
d.: le misure di cui agli articoli 51 e 54.

Art. 52 Victims of serious crime

(Art. 45 SAA)

Assistance for victims of serious crime, in particular acts of violence, may comprise:

a.: advising the victims and their relatives;
b.: providing information on the options for victim support in Switzerland and in the receiving state;
c.: clarifying matters with the authorities in the receiving state, in particular regarding the legal support options and the status of ongoing procedures;
d.: providing assistance in accordance with Articles 51 and 54.
