151.1 Federal Act of 24 March 1995 on Gender Equality (Gender Equality Act, GEA)
Art. 15 Consultori
La Confederazione può accordare aiuti finanziari a istituzioni private per:
- a.
- la consulenza e l’informazione della donna nella vita professionale;
- b.
- il promovimento del reinserimento professionale di donne e uomini che hanno interrotto l’attività professionale per dedicarsi a compiti familiari.
Art. 15 Advice centres
The federal government may grant financial aid to private institutions for:
- a.
- the provision of advice and information to working women;
- b.
- the encouragement of the reintegration of women and men who have interrupted their working activities in order to fulfil family duties.
