Art. 8a Procédure automatisée de remplacement de certificats COVID-19

1 En vue de l’accomplissement des tâches prévues à l’art. 7, la Confédération peut donner la possibilité aux cantons d’établir automatiquement un nouveau certificat sur la base d’un certificat existant, si:

a.
le certificat existant ne peut plus être utilisé pour des raisons techniques ou son utilisation future est remise en question, ou que
b.
le certificat existant, établi en vertu d’une version précédente de la présente ordonnance, atteste une vaccination ou une guérison qui donne droit à l’établissement d’un certificat en vertu du droit en vigueur également.

2 Seuls les certificats COVID-19 suisses peuvent être remplacés et uniquement ceux qui n’ont pas été révoqués.

3 La demande d’établissement automatique d’un nouveau certificat doit être faite via l’application de stockage (art. 28).

4 Si le certificat existant remplit les conditions prévues aux al. 1 et 2, le système d’établissement de certificats COVID-19 (art. 26) génère un nouveau certificat attestant ladite vaccination ou guérison et le transmet à l’application de stockage.

Art. 8a Automated procedure for converting COVID-19 certificates

1 The Confederation may allow the cantons to issue new certificates using an automated procedure on the basis of existing certificates in order to fulfil their duties pursuant to Article 7 if:

a.
the existing certificate can no longer be used for technical reasons or if its continued use is placed in doubt; or
b.
the existing certificate issued on the basis of an earlier version of this Ordinance certifies a vaccination or recovery that also entitles the holder to a certificate in accordance with the applicable law.

2 Only Swiss COVID-19 certificates that have not been revoked may be exchanged.

3 The application for the automated issuing of a new certificate shall be submitted via the storage app (Art. 28).

4 If the existing certificate meets the requirements of paragraphs 1 and 2, the system for issuing COVID-19-certificates (Art. 26) shall generate a new certificate for the same vaccination or recovery and send the same to the storage app.
