818.102.2 Ordinance of 4 June 2021 on Certificates to Prove COVID-19 Vaccination, COVID-19 Recovery or a COVID-19 Test Result (COVID-19 Certificates Ordinance)

Art. 1

La présente ordonnance règle:

a.
la forme, le contenu, l’établissement et la révocation des certificats COVID-19 suivants qui attestent:
1.
une vaccination contre le COVID-19 (certificat de vaccination COVID-19),
2.
une guérison après une infection au SARS-CoV-2 (certificat de guérison COVID-19),
3.
un résultat négatif de l’analyse pour le SARS-CoV-2 (certificat de test COVID-19),
4.2
…
b.
les prescriptions concernant la vérification de ces certificats;
c.
la reconnaissance de certificats étrangers correspondants;
d.
les systèmes d’information exploités par la Confédération en relation avec ces certificats;
e.
les applications proposées par la Confédération aux titulaires de certificats et aux personnes chargées de la vérification de ces certificats;
f.
les tâches des cantons en lien avec l’établissement et la révocation des certificats;
g.3
les coûts mis à la charge des demandeurs.

Art. 1

This Ordinance regulates:

a.
the form, content, issuance and revocation of the following COVID-19 certificates to prove:
1.
vaccination against COVID-19 (COVID-19 vaccination certificate),
2.
recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19 recovery certificate),
3.
a negative result following Sars-CoV-2 test analysis (COVID-19 test certificate),
4.2
...
b.
the specifications for verifying these certificates;
c.
the recognition of corresponding foreign certificates;
d.
the information systems operated by the Confederation in connection with these certificates;
e.
the apps offered by the Confederation for certificate holders and checkers;
f.
the tasks of the cantons in connection with issuing and revoking certificates;
g.3
the payment of costs by requesting persons.
